Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Old Saybrook dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in CT, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Old Saybrook kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Old Saybrook team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Old Saybrook, CT construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
