Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Durham well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Durham team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Durham, CT construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
