Cold showers, a rumbling tank, a pilot light that won't stay lit, or a tankless unit throwing an error code — a failing water heater rarely fixes itself, and most failures give warning signs first. Our Amity technicians diagnose both tank and tankless systems on the first visit.
Our Amity technicians are trained across both fuel types and both system designs, not specialized in just one.
A total loss of hot water gets priority routing since it affects daily life immediately.
We quote the visit and the probable repair range upfront, then confirm the exact price after diagnosis.
If a repair doesn't make financial sense on an aging unit, we'll say so and give you real numbers on replacement instead of patching something near the end of its life.
From a simple pilot light relight to a full heating element replacement, our technicians carry the parts most repairs need on the truck.
We service both gas and electric tank systems, replacing the specific failed component rather than the whole unit when possible.
Error codes, flow sensor issues, and scale buildup in tankless units get diagnosed with manufacturer-specific tools.
We test the thermocouple and gas valve together, since a weak pilot can point to either component.
A corroded anode rod left unreplaced accelerates tank failure — we check and replace it as part of a full service visit.
We isolate the source of a water heater leak first, since it's not always the tank itself failing.
A total loss of hot water gets same-day priority dispatch, especially in colder months.
