A kitchen sink that drains slower every week, a shower that backs up mid-rinse, a floor drain that gurgles when the washer runs — these rarely fix themselves, and snaking the surface clog usually just buys a few weeks. Our Dorsey drain team runs camera inspections to find the actual cause.
We run a camera line inspection before recommending a fix, so you're not paying to snake a line that actually needs hydro-jetting.
Every technician carries valid credentials and liability coverage — standard on every drain call.
Trucks stocked with jetting and camera equipment are staged around Dorsey so a backed-up drain doesn't sit for days.
The diagnosis determines the price, and that price is confirmed in writing before we start clearing anything.
These are the drain issues we see most often across Dorsey, each handled with the equipment built for that specific cause.
High-pressure water clears grease, sludge, and scale buildup from the inside of the pipe wall, not just punching a hole through the clog like a cable snake.
We record and can show you the footage — you'll see exactly what's causing the clog, not just take our word for it.
For a straightforward single-fixture clog, a mechanical auger clears the blockage without the cost of jetting equipment.
Tree roots that have worked into a sewer or drain line get cut and cleared with a root-cutting head, then the line is reassessed for damage.
Grease buildup in kitchen lines is cleared with jetting, which handles congealed grease far better than a cable.
Scheduled jetting on problem lines keeps grease and scale from building back up between service visits.
Dispatch asks a few quick questions about the symptoms to route the right equipment on the first trip.
A technician with camera and jetting equipment arrives within the scheduled window, ready to diagnose on-site.
You'll see or hear what's actually in the line before agreeing to the recommended fix.
We re-run the camera after clearing so you can see the difference, backed by a workmanship warranty on the service.

Yes — roots seek out moisture and can enter through small cracks or joints in sewer and drain lines, especially older clay pipe.
