Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Oliver Springs dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in TN, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Oliver Springs well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
We keep a small, accountable roster rather than a rotating pool of subcontractors — the technician you talk to on the phone is trained to the same standard as the one who'll actually be standing in your Oliver Springs kitchen.
These are the patterns our Oliver Springs dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.

From a running toilet that's quietly inflating your water bill to a full re-pipe of an older Oliver Springs home, our residential team handles the everyday and the extensive with the same attention to detail.
