A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our New Athens-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Street Wise - Plumbing isn't a call center that forwards your job to whoever's cheapest that week. Our technicians carry state licensing, they're background-checked before they're handed a company vehicle, and every truck rolling through New Athens, IL is stocked for the repairs we see most in this climate and these homes.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a New Athens kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
We keep a small, accountable roster rather than a rotating pool of subcontractors — the technician you talk to on the phone is trained to the same standard as the one who'll actually be standing in your New Athens kitchen.
