When a pipe lets go or a drain backs up, you don't need a sales pitch, you need a licensed technician at your door with the right parts on the truck. That's what we run in Big Sur every single day.
Street Wise - Plumbing isn't a call center that forwards your job to whoever's cheapest that week. Our technicians carry state licensing, they're background-checked before they're handed a company vehicle, and every truck rolling through Big Sur, CA is stocked for the repairs we see most in this climate and these homes.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Big Sur well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Big Sur team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Big Sur, CA construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.

Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Big Sur home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Big Sur, CA rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Big Sur, CA homes.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
