We can help you select a replacement toilet that fits your existing rough-in and water usage goals.
We test the full flush cycle after repair to confirm proper water flow and refill.
We rule out simple condensation before recommending a wax ring or flange repair.

Almost always a worn flapper not sealing properly, or a fill valve not shutting off at the right water level.
It depends on the specific issue — a flapper repair costs far less than a full installation. We quote upfront before starting.
We'll check compatibility with your existing plumbing before installation day if you'd like to confirm beforehand.
Most commonly a failed wax ring, though it can also be a cracked flange or, less often, a cracked tank.
If auguring doesn't clear it, we investigate whether the drain line itself has an issue.
In most cases yes — many internal parts are close to universal, though some older models may need a specific part ordered.
