A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our Rescue sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
No sewer repair is recommended without first confirming the cause on camera.
Pipe lining can often repair a damaged sewer line without full excavation of your yard or driveway.
Every technician on a sewer job is licensed and insured for underground utility work.
We treat active backups as emergencies, not routine scheduling.
From a first-time backup to a sewer line that's collapsed and needs full replacement, we diagnose before recommending the scope of repair.
We record the inspection and can walk you through exactly what the footage shows before recommending anything.
Lining is often viable for cracked or root-damaged pipe that hasn't fully collapsed.
A root-cutting head clears the blockage, then the line is reassessed for structural damage the roots may have caused.
Full replacement is reserved for lines beyond repair — we'll always explain why lining isn't viable first.
We prioritize stopping the active backup first, then diagnose the root cause afterward.
A maintenance plan on a problem main line can prevent repeat emergency calls.
Active backups get flagged for priority dispatch immediately.
A technician with camera equipment is routed to Rescue, ready to inspect the line on arrival.
You'll get a written price for the recommended repair — lining, spot repair, or replacement — before work begins.
We re-inspect after the repair to confirm the line is clear and intact, then back it with a warranty.
"Basement backup on a Saturday and they had it cleared and camera-inspected within hours." — Homeowner, Rescue
"Second opinion after another company quoted full replacement — camera showed lining would work instead." — Rescue resident
"Recurring backups finally stopped after they found the actual bellied section causing it." — Rescue customer
We serve Rescue proper and nearby Rescue, VA communities for sewer inspection, repair, and replacement.
We'll only recommend replacement when the camera footage shows the line is beyond lining or spot repair.
A resin-saturated liner is inserted and cured inside the existing pipe, creating a new interior surface without excavation.
Ask dispatch for current inspection pricing — it's disclosed before scheduling.
Camera inspection usually identifies the specific recurring cause rather than leaving it a mystery.
