Root intrusion, a bellied line, or a collapsed section of pipe all present differently, and our Ames, IA technicians diagnose the actual cause before quoting a fix — not just clear the immediate backup and move on.
We show you the actual condition of the line via camera before discussing repair versus replacement.
Pipe lining can often repair a damaged sewer line without full excavation of your yard or driveway.
Every technician on a sewer job is licensed and insured for underground utility work.

A waterproof camera is run the full length of the line to locate breaks, root intrusion, or bellied sections.
Lining is often viable for cracked or root-damaged pipe that hasn't fully collapsed.
Root removal alone sometimes isn't enough if roots have already cracked the pipe — we check both.
Full replacement is reserved for lines beyond repair — we'll always explain why lining isn't viable first.
Active backups get immediate dispatch to clear the blockage and stop sewage from continuing to back up into the home.
Recurring backups on an otherwise sound line often just need scheduled jetting to stay clear.

Our Ames, IA sewer trucks carry both camera and clearing equipment for a single-visit diagnosis.
You'll get a written price for the recommended repair — lining, spot repair, or replacement — before work begins.
