A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our Sorento sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
We show you the actual condition of the line via camera before discussing repair versus replacement.
Pipe lining can often repair a damaged sewer line without full excavation of your yard or driveway.
Sewer work in Sorento, IL requires specific licensing beyond general plumbing — our technicians carry it.
A sewage backup gets priority dispatch since it's both a health concern and an active property damage risk.
From a first-time backup to a sewer line that's collapsed and needs full replacement, we diagnose before recommending the scope of repair.
A waterproof camera is run the full length of the line to locate breaks, root intrusion, or bellied sections.
A resin liner is installed inside the damaged pipe, sealing cracks and root entry points without digging up the yard.
Root removal alone sometimes isn't enough if roots have already cracked the pipe — we check both.
Full replacement is reserved for lines beyond repair — we'll always explain why lining isn't viable first.
Active backups get immediate dispatch to clear the blockage and stop sewage from continuing to back up into the home.
A maintenance plan on a problem main line can prevent repeat emergency calls.
Describe the symptoms to dispatch — a single backup versus recurring issues changes how the visit is scheduled.
A technician with camera equipment is routed to Sorento, ready to inspect the line on arrival.
The line is camera-inspected, the cause identified, and you'll see the footage before a repair method is recommended.
We re-inspect after the repair to confirm the line is clear and intact, then back it with a warranty.
