A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our Hume sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
No sewer repair is recommended without first confirming the cause on camera.
We evaluate whether trenchless lining is viable before defaulting to a full dig-up.

Lining is often viable for cracked or root-damaged pipe that hasn't fully collapsed.
Root removal alone sometimes isn't enough if roots have already cracked the pipe — we check both.
Full replacement is reserved for lines beyond repair — we'll always explain why lining isn't viable first.
Active backups get immediate dispatch to clear the blockage and stop sewage from continuing to back up into the home.
Recurring backups on an otherwise sound line often just need scheduled jetting to stay clear.
