A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our Altadena sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
We show you the actual condition of the line via camera before discussing repair versus replacement.
We evaluate whether trenchless lining is viable before defaulting to a full dig-up.
Every technician on a sewer job is licensed and insured for underground utility work.
We treat active backups as emergencies, not routine scheduling.
From a first-time backup to a sewer line that's collapsed and needs full replacement, we diagnose before recommending the scope of repair.
We record the inspection and can walk you through exactly what the footage shows before recommending anything.
A resin liner is installed inside the damaged pipe, sealing cracks and root entry points without digging up the yard.
A root-cutting head clears the blockage, then the line is reassessed for structural damage the roots may have caused.
Full replacement is reserved for lines beyond repair — we'll always explain why lining isn't viable first.
Active backups get immediate dispatch to clear the blockage and stop sewage from continuing to back up into the home.
Recurring backups on an otherwise sound line often just need scheduled jetting to stay clear.
Describe the symptoms to dispatch — a single backup versus recurring issues changes how the visit is scheduled.
Our Altadena, CA sewer trucks carry both camera and clearing equipment for a single-visit diagnosis.
You'll get a written price for the recommended repair — lining, spot repair, or replacement — before work begins.
The repair is completed and camera-verified afterward, backed by a written warranty on the work.
