Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Marcus dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in WA, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every Marcus job.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Marcus team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Marcus, WA construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Marcus started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Marcus are resolved in a single visit.
From a running toilet that's quietly inflating your water bill to a full re-pipe of an older Marcus home, our residential team handles the everyday and the extensive with the same attention to detail.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Marcus, WA can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Marcus, WA homes.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
We route the closest qualified technician in Marcus, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
The repair is completed, the work area is cleaned up, and you're handed a written warranty on both parts and labor.
We quote the job, not the hour, so a repair that takes longer than expected doesn't cost you more.
Because our trucks are already staged around Marcus, WA, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
Our workmanship warranty means the fix is expected to hold — and if it doesn't, that's on us to correct, not you.
