Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our New River dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in New River, VA is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every New River job.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our New River team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to New River, VA construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
Plumbing rarely fails without warning — it usually gives you a week or two of small signals before the big one. Watch for these.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in New River are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a New River home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across New River, VA rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in New River, VA homes.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
