A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Everetts-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in NC, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Everetts well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Everetts team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Everetts, NC construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Everetts started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Everetts are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Everetts home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Everetts, NC can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Everetts, NC homes.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
We route the closest qualified technician in Everetts, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Your technician diagnoses the issue and walks you through the fix and the flat price before starting, so there's no guessing at the invoice.
Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
We quote the job, not the hour, so a repair that takes longer than expected doesn't cost you more.
Our routing keeps trucks distributed across Everetts, NC so we can usually get to you same-day.
Every technician we send is licensed in NC and covered by full liability insurance — ask to see credentials on arrival.
Our workmanship warranty means the fix is expected to hold — and if it doesn't, that's on us to correct, not you.
