An unexplained spike on the water bill, a damp patch on the floor with no obvious source, or the faint sound of running water somewhere in the walls — hidden leaks are frustrating precisely because you can't see them. Our Mays technicians use acoustic and thermal equipment to find them without tearing into walls or floors on a guess.
We use listening equipment and thermal imaging to locate leaks through walls, floors, and slabs without demolition.
Locating the leak precisely keeps any necessary opening small and targeted rather than exploratory.
Every technician performing detection work carries full licensing and liability coverage.
You'll see or hear the detection results and understand exactly where the leak is before deciding on repair.
From a rising water bill with no visible cause to a damp spot that keeps returning, we locate the source before recommending repair.
This method works well for pressurized supply line leaks that create a detectable sound signature.
We narrow a slab leak to a specific small area rather than an entire room.
Thermal imaging is especially effective for detecting hot water line leaks inside walls.
Leaks inside wall cavities are traced to their source rather than just patching the visible stain or damage.
Underground irrigation and pool line leaks are diagnosed with the same precision as household leaks.
An unexplained increase in water usage gets investigated systematically to find the hidden cause.
A quick call gets a detection specialist scheduled, often same-day.
A technician arrives with acoustic and thermal detection equipment ready to survey the affected area.
The leak is located and the findings explained in plain terms, along with a flat price for the necessary repair.
Detection and repair are backed by a written warranty on the diagnosis and any repair performed.
