Recurring clogs are almost always a symptom, not the problem itself — grease buildup, root intrusion, or a bellied line. Our Notus, ID drain technicians diagnose before they clear, so the fix actually holds.
We run a camera line inspection before recommending a fix, so you're not paying to snake a line that actually needs hydro-jetting.
Every technician carries valid credentials and liability coverage — standard on every drain call.
Trucks stocked with jetting and camera equipment are staged around Notus so a backed-up drain doesn't sit for days.
You'll get a price after the camera inspection, before any jetting or excavation work begins.
These are the drain issues we see most often across Notus, each handled with the equipment built for that specific cause.
Jetting scours the full diameter of the line, which is why it outperforms snaking on recurring grease and buildup problems.
We record and can show you the footage — you'll see exactly what's causing the clog, not just take our word for it.
For a straightforward single-fixture clog, a mechanical auger clears the blockage without the cost of jetting equipment.
We clear root intrusion and camera-check the pipe afterward to see whether a liner or spot repair is also needed.
Grease buildup in kitchen lines is cleared with jetting, which handles congealed grease far better than a cable.
Scheduled jetting on problem lines keeps grease and scale from building back up between service visits.
Dispatch asks a few quick questions about the symptoms to route the right equipment on the first trip.
A technician with camera and jetting equipment arrives within the scheduled window, ready to diagnose on-site.
You'll see or hear what's actually in the line before agreeing to the recommended fix.
We re-run the camera after clearing so you can see the difference, backed by a workmanship warranty on the service.

We don't upsell jetting by default; the footage determines which method actually fixes the problem.
We assess pipe material and condition via camera first; jetting pressure is adjusted for older or more fragile lines.
Ask dispatch for current camera inspection pricing when you call — it's disclosed before we schedule.
Yes — roots seek out moisture and can enter through small cracks or joints in sewer and drain lines, especially older clay pipe.
It depends on kitchen volume, but many Notus restaurants schedule quarterly service to avoid emergency backups.
Cable snaking often just punches through the clog rather than clearing the buildup coating the pipe wall, so it recurs.
