Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Grafton well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Grafton team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Grafton, WI construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
These are the patterns our Grafton dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.

From a running toilet that's quietly inflating your water bill to a full re-pipe of an older Grafton home, our residential team handles the everyday and the extensive with the same attention to detail.

We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
